What is stored: Your movements and certain actions on the website (e.g. if you click "Add to cart" in an online store). All data is anonymized and we do not store any sensitive information such as: credit card details, phone number, address or any other form of data that can identify you as a person.

 

Facebook Pixel

 

Facebook Pixel is an analytics tool that allows us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook advertising by tracking the actions the user takes on the website with a view to optimizing Facebook Ads (building Audience and remarketing). You can use this information to:

  • Building an advertising audience

What is stored: Which ads the user has seen on Facebook, which pages the user has visited and which conversions (orders, contacts, etc.) the user has performed.

 

Hotjar

 

Maps the interaction the user has with the website. To help us understand how visitors interact with the website, Hotjar records visitor sessions. The Hotjar script is a websocket connection that sends the following information to Hotjar's servers:

 

  • HTML changes that occur during the user's session on the website
  • Mouse movements
  • Mouse click
  • Scrolling gestures
  • Keystrokes for whitelisted actions
  • Statistics on whether the browser display size changes

 

Each event tracked is stored in Hotjar's cloud database using a timestamp that is later used to replay the events in sequential order. The Hotjar script tracks visitors as they visit different pages using a first-party cookie, allowing the entire session to be replayed in a single recording. No sensitive or user information is retrieved or stored.
